HBsAg Test Kit

One Step HBsAg Test is a qualitative immunoassay that detects Hepatities B Surface Antigen (HBsAg) in serum, plasma or boold samples. Qualitative results within 10-20 minutes. 1 ng/mL sensitivity. This test is availble in strip and cassette format. The procedure is simple and requires no additional instrumentation to read the results. The One-Step HBsAg Test is an easy and effective aid for the screening and diagnosis of Hepatitis B infection. Interpretation of Results Negative : Only one coloured band appears on the control (C) region. No apparent band on the test (T) region. Positive : In addition to a pink coloured control (C) band, a distinct pink coloured band will also appear in the test (T) region. Please consult your physician to perform a much more detailed examination. Invalid : A total absence of colour in both regions is an indication of procedure error or the test reagent has deteriorated.
